About the department
The job is located in Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin, Poland. We are providing a variety of HR services to the whole CPBC organization, managing all payroll activities as well as bringing talents with desirable competences.

About the job
This role will be responsible for the management of the Local HR team which supports the smooth delivery of administration processes across the Administration, Recruitment, Learning Development and Reception teams.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing the Local HR team day to day in effective delivery of all employee life cycle processes
  • Coaching, developing, and motivating the HR team day to day, supporting, and providing advice and guidance to the team on all employee lifecycle processes
  • Managing the full HR budget and control of spend with suppliers and partners associated with the delivery of the CPBC
  • Providing an advisory service to colleagues/employees ensuring that they are fully aware of their contractual terms and conditions, people policies and employment law in line with current employment legislation
  • Undertaking administration duties i.e. monitoring the shared in box, law documentation, employee queries and ad hoc admin
  • Assisting with the salary and bonus review administration within the required timescales in conjunction with the HR Manager and HR Business Partner
  • Analysing key performance data to recommend and implement continuous process improvements
  • Preferable University Degree in business management, HR, labor law or equivalent experience
  • Min. 2-4 years’ experience within HR
  • 2-3 years’ experience in leading a team in international environment (preferably HR team in SSC environment)
  • Solid employment law knowledge and proven experience of applying updated legislation to a variety of situations
  • Preferable system knowledge SAP and two or more of SuccessFactors Applications (Recruiting, Performance, Learning Management, Administration) or another ERP system supporting HR processes
  • Fluent English in both verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve potential problems or issues and take necessary actions to prevent them from developing
  • Highly organised with ability to plan, delegate priorities and multitask high volumes of daily service/ work requests
  • Ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment
  • Proactive and practical approach to problem solving and ability to identify areas for improvements in processes, services and team ways of working
  • Good sense of humour
