WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

  • Degree in Business/Economics/Finance/IT/Project Management
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant office management experience within a professional/corporate environment
  • Experience in leading and managing large teams (indirectly +500 employees)
  • Fluency in both Polish and English
  • Good knowledge of Polish legal regulations, especially related to company operations in Poland
  • Excellent communication skills

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the Regional Organization, with a focus on the implementation of a network of Shared Services hubs, with the intention to expand it as needed to support the business while building efficiencies
  • Supported by the deployment of integrated tools, define with the different Shared Services (HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Facilities) processes to facilitate cooperation in the Region between the Service Lines and those Shared Services, as well as between the Service Lines
  • Advising the Service Lines on OPEX optimizations and monitor and report KPIs in the Region
  • Enforce operational discipline and compliance across all Departments, while always ensuring minimum disruption to our clients
  • Provide the Service Lines and Shared Services with internal consulting on regional operational projects, facilitating new investments and initiatives across the organization
  • With a focus on transformation and change management, directly manage regional transversal projects
